3. How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order qualifies for a return or refund, follow these steps:

3️⃣ Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Refund Processing & Store Credit

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If the payment method is unavailable, we may offer a store credit for future purchases.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellations

✔ Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
✔ If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
